To fill a prescription, we require that we have the original prescription in our pharmacy in order to dispense your medication*. To expedite your order, you may order your prescription;
Online – Upload an image of your prescription with your completed prescription order form via our website located under the Orders – Prescription Order Form tab. Then purchase your prescription online OR request the call back option.
Email – orders@medwisepharmacy.com.au. Please ensure all your details on the prescription are legible and a contact number is written so we can contact you.
Upon receipt of your prescription, we may call you to discuss the details and answer any questions you may have. We may also contact your prescriber to verify or clarify some details.
Please note that certain prescriptions will require us receiving the original copy in house at time of pick up or within a certain timeframe.
